Based on round of exit and record.
Something I would like to clarify is record vs round of exit. If you make the final round and lose do you draft 11th or at your record? I am not sure how MLB does it. Is it fair to allow a WC team to drop back to 9th? if they lose the WS? or push the best record to 11th if they lose in the first round?
